Commissioned in 1965 to world-famous architect, Louis Kahn, the Exeter Library is a pillar of studied architecture. Duratherm founder Philip Cole provided all the millwork for this project, including windows, study carrels and paneling. It was his work with Louis Kahn on this project that inspired Cole to found a company specializing in monumental teak windows for institutional and commercial use.
